Opening Night

I love this day... now that I have a level of comfort here, this day is much more about anticipation than stress (although there's still a touch of that, always). And this time there is a crazy mix of 70s music going on in the lobby - setting the mood for one of Canada's breakthrough works of theatre. And I think it's impossible to be in a negative headspace when disco fills your ears...

And this time there's glamour and wigs and too much make-up. (And I'm a sucker for drag queens - don't know why, or where it came from, but God, I love a good queen!).

It's going to be quite the party!
